1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lagnpatrika ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lagnpatrika is a digital wedding invitation platform that allows users to create, customise, and share animated wedding invitations. Features include guest management, RSVP tracking, event management, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent trial or payment restrictions.

4. Free Trial & Payments

  • New users receive a 4-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • Trial invitations display a "Made with Lagnpatrika" watermark visible to guests.
  • To remove the watermark and unlock premium features, you must pay a one-time fee per invitation (₹999 for Basic, ₹1499 for Premium).
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Lagnpatrika a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and serve that content solely to operate your invitation.

We will never use your photos or personal details for marketing without your explicit consent.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, update the Service, or modify features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lagnpatrika is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
