Our Refund Policy

We offer a 4-day free trial so you can fully experience Lagnpatrika before paying. Because of this trial, we have a strict no-refund policy for completed payments.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

  • After an invitation has been unlocked (watermark removed and features activated)
  • If you simply changed your mind after payment
  • For duplicate payments made in error on your part (contact us to resolve)

When We Will Issue a Refund

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same invitation due to a technical error on our side, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 7 business days.
  • Service failure: If the invitation unlock did not take effect after a successful payment and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Unauthorised transaction: If your payment was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately with your bank statement — we will investigate and refund if confirmed.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at lagnpatrika.in@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
